Together with friends or family you can choose three levels of Calabrian cooking course:
- Basic level: distinction of foods and the first rudiments of cooking
- Medium level: recognition of flavors and aromas and cooking techniques
- High level: study of the stages of cooking food and knowledge of the chemical properties of food with food preservation methods.
The course has a minimum duration of four hours.
You will start the morning with the shopping, continue with the preparation and finally with the taste of what you have prepared.
You can book the courses according to availability: the Osteria dedicates to the cooking school a whole day.
